SINA Hospitality Opens SpringHill Suites by Marriott Richmond Airport

SANDSTON, VA — SINA Hospitality, Virginia’s premier family-owned hotel developer, is proud to announce the grand opening of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Richmond Airport. Located at 5246 Airport Square Lane in Sandston, the new 122-room property represents SINA’s continued commitment to Central Virginia’s economic growth and hospitality excellence.

After breaking ground in August 2024, SINA Hospitality completed the five-story hotel in just 17 months, significantly faster than the industry average of 30-36 months, while maintaining the company’s signature commitment to quality construction and on-budget delivery. The property opened its doors to guests this month, offering modern accommodations designed specifically for both business and leisure travelers visiting the Richmond region.

Strategically positioned near the Richmond International Airport, the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Richmond Airport features spacious suites with separate areas for sleeping, working, and relaxation. Each suite includes a microwave and mini-refrigerator, along with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Property amenities include a complimentary hot breakfast daily, a 24-hour fitness center, an on-site lobby bar, modern meeting spaces, a business center, and complimentary airport shuttle service.
